Rotary Making a Difference
Rotary is a worldwide network of men and women who translate their passions into relevant social causes, to change lives in communities. It is said that every minute of every day Rotary will touch the lives of millions somewhere in the world.
In the Community
Fundraising
Fund raising is essential to be able to help our Local Community while also helping a little worldwide. We run the Woking Fireworks, also a classic car event in Ripley, collect outside supermarkets at Christmas and have organised Prestige Lectures amongst other activities to raise money for charity. Supporting Young People
Rotary International Aid
Rotary gives aid to carefully selected projects abroad and also through Rotary Foundation which has led the battle against polio since 1985. Now, Rotary and its partners are so very close to eradicating this dreadful illness
Rotary Fun
Rotarians have fun too. As well as helping the community, fellowship is an important aspect of our club.
We enjoy social gatherings, county walks, bowling evenings, pub meals, weekends away etc. Come and join us
